​How do I

place an order?

We take custom orders, please allow 15-30 days in making.

Payment

​We now only accept Paypal for payment, please complete the payment within 72 hours. (You do not need a Paypal account in order to purchase, you can pay with your credit card through the Paypal website!)

Prices are in HK dollars.

***For local (Hong Kong) buyers, we do accept payment by bank transfer, please kindly contact us directly for further details.***

Shipping

& Handling

​We ship worldwide, items will be shipped within 3-5 days AFTER payment via paypal is received, if the item is readily in stock. If it is NOT, we will always state this in our listing, with the time needed for the item to be made-to-order, it will take us any time from 7-30 days, but of course, if you need it urgently, contact us and we will always try our best to get it to you sooner. It usually takes approximately 7-14 business days for international shipping to major cities worldwide. Please kindly understand sometimes unpredictable postal delays may occur and take up to a month and not in our control.

We will try our best to help you along the way. For additional postal services, please contact us before you make a purchase. 

All delicate soap pieces will be bubblewrapped. It can also be gift-wrapped with additional $2USD, ready to be sent to your beloved!

​As most our items are uniquely handmade, sometimes the exact materials run out of stock and we always try to make them almost exactly the same as the photo and we will always contact our customers before we send their items with a photo. If you are not happy with what you see in the photo, let us know and we are willing to give you a 100% refund. We want our customers to be happy with their purchases!

How to care for your natural handmade soap

​Our handmade soaps are pure and don't contain any synthetic preservatives or artificial hardeners. With just a little care, you can prolong the life of your soap.

  • Don't let your soap sit in water.

  • Store your soap on a well drained soap dish, allowing it to dry in between uses.

  • Use a natural wash cloth or loofah to extend its life. 

  • Store unused soap in a dark cool place like a lingerie drawer or linen closet.
